Sanam ("Sanam", "we", "us", or "our") is a social discovery and dating application operated by Sanam Connect Labs.

We may automatically collect certain technical information, including device type, operating system, application version, device identifiers, IP address, Firebase installation identifiers, crash information, diagnostic information, and application activity.
Free users may be shown advertisements, including banner advertisements, native advertisements, and rewarded advertisements.
Advertising providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, interactions with advertisements, and related technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
Sanam may offer paid digital products, passes, subscriptions, or premium features through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Sanam does not directly collect or store your complete payment card or bank account information.
We may receive and process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction status, entitlement information, and purchase history necessary to verify purchases, provide paid features, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and maintain transaction records.

Premium or other eligible users may receive an ad-free experience according to the features of the applicable purchase.
Sanam may send push notifications relating to messages, chat requests, likes, account activity, security, service updates, and other relevant application activity.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account functionality, protect users, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
When you delete your Sanam account, your profile will be removed from normal user-facing access and the account deletion process will begin.
Residual copies of deleted information may remain in backups or other restricted systems for up to 90 days before being deleted or overwritten.
Certain information may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, tax or accounting requirements, transaction records, or compliance with applicable law.
Users may request deletion of their Sanam account and associated personal data using the account deletion functionality available within the application, when available, or by contacting us using the contact information provided below.
We may need to retain limited information where permitted or required by law or for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, and enforcement of our policies.
You may also manage permissions such as location access and notifications through your device settings.

However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Sanam is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 years of age to create or use Sanam accounts.
